AIPMT 2007 All India Medical Entrance Examination for MBBS/BDS

Applications are invited in the prescribed form for All India Pre-Medical / Pre-Dental Entrance Examination (AIPMT) 2007 to be conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi as per the following schedule for admission to 15% of the total seats for Medical/Dental Courses in all Medical/Dental colleges run by the Union of India, State Governments, Municipal or other local authorities in India except in the States of ANDHRA PRADESH AND JAMMU & KASHMIR :-

1. Preliminary Examination - 1 st April, 2007 (Sunday)

2. Final Examination - 13 th May , 2007 (Sunday)

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA for CBSE AIPMT 2007:

*
Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.

* He/She has completed 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before 31 st December of the year of his/her admission. Candidates born on or after 02-01-1991 are not Eligible.

* The upper age limit for All India Pre-Medical Entrance Examination is 25 years as on 31 st December of the year of the entrance examination. Further provided that this upper age limit shall be relaxed by a period of 5 (five) years for the candidates of Scheduled Castes/Schedule Tribes/Other Backward Classes

* The number of attempts which a candidate can avail at All India Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Entrance Examination shall be limited to 3 (three) uniformly for all the candidates.
