Eligibility criteria: The applicant should be a citizen of India and working in the country. The applicant should possess an M.D/Ph.D degree with at least three years teaching/ research experience in a recognized Institute after obtaining the requisite qualification
AICTE have come out with an advertisement announcing that instead of GATE a new Test Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test has been introduced for admission in Master’s programme in Pharmacy (M.Pharma) and also for awarding fellowships/scholarships to Pharmacy graduate along with engineering graduates.
Accordingly, a National Monitoring Committee (NMC) was constituted for monitoring the issues pertaining to the policy as well as conduct of GPAT.

Option 1 e Application Axis Bank Deposit
This is an ideal mode of registration for all students living in places where there is an Axis bank Branch. Choose this option and fill in the required details. At the end of it we’ll generate a deposit challan, take a printout of it and deposit it with the prescribed fee for the test to any Axis bank Branch in your City. Your Hall ticket will be couriered to you by FIITJEE. Please ensure that you paste your recent passport size colored photograph on to the hall ticket and get it validated during the examination. Fee at axis bank can only be paid in cash.
Option 2 e Application FIITJEE Deposit
Using this option you can file your application online and select a Registration Centre of your choice.(It can be any FIITJEE Centre). After you file an e-application, take a printout of your e-application and deposit it to the Registration Centre you opted with the prescribed fee in cash / by DD or Pay order. You can also send your e-application form along with a DD / Pay Order by courier to the controlling FIITJEE centre provided by the website. (Last date to receive your e-application by post is 13th December, 2009). Your Hall ticket will be issued by the FIITJEE Centre.
Option 3 Online Payment
If you have Master/ Visa (Credit / Debit) card registered for online transactions with the issuing bank you can choose this option for registration. Using this option you can file your application online and can pay the prescribed test fee using secured AXIS Bank’s Payment Gateway. Your Registration number and hall ticket will be generated online. Take a printout of the hall ticket and ensure that you paste your recent passport size colored photograph on to the hall ticket and get it validated during the examination.
Option 4 Prepaid Online Registration
If you have already bought a Prepaid Online registration coupon from any FIITJEE Centre or authorized distribution Centre choose this option for registration. File your application online and enter the secret code as printed on the coupon when prompted by the portal. The system will generate your hall ticket and registration number online. Take a printout of the hall ticket on the same Prepaid Online Admit Card Coupon sheet. Please ensure that you paste your recent passport size colored photograph on to the hall ticket and get it validated during the examination.

The University Grants Commission announces holding of the National Eligibility Test (NET) on 28th June, 2009 (Sunday) for determining the eligibility of Indian nationals for the Award of Junior Research Fellowships (JRF) and eligibility for Lectureship in Indian universities and colleges. UGC will conduct NET in 77 (seventy seven) subjects (listed under item no. 9) at 66 (sixty six) selected University Centres (listed under Item no. 10) spread across the country.

ICMR Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) Entrance Exam Notification 2009 has come out
ICMR in collaboration with PGIMER, Chandigarh will hold a National level examination on Sunday, July 12th 2009 for determining the eligibility of Indian National candidates for the award of Junior Research Fellowships (JRF) through Indian Council of Medical Research. The award of Junior Research Fellowship to the successful eligible candidates will depend on their finding placement in a medical college / hospital / university / national laboratory / institution of higher learning and research as applicable.
